I previously had my Wagon R bodywork and paint repaired. I've been helped by them on many other occasions! They're always kind and polite, and the atmosphere in their shop is great. I really like them. (o´罒`o)
I look forward to working with you again in the future.♪♪

I requested a repair estimate. The man who assisted me was very helpful and gave me a lot of advice, so I called back later to check some of the estimate details with the person in charge and see if there were any problems before proceeding with the repair. However, the woman who answered said, "The person in charge is unavailable all this week, so I don't know, and we don't have a loaner car, so we can't help you." She couldn't help me even though the estimate was still valid, and she wouldn't connect me to the person who had assisted me. I was extremely annoyed by her unresponsive answers to my questions, so I decided to go elsewhere.

I had thought I might use their services again in the future, especially if I bought another car, because they're close to my home, but it seems I won't be using their services again.

The damage was so severe I was considering buying a new car, but they repaired it beautifully for a reasonable price, making it look like new. Thank you! If you live nearby, you'd be missing out if you don't get a quote here! Compared to a company recommended by an acquaintance, the repair was half the price.
